摘要

Abstract

As a key part of the car,the reducer can effectively reduce the output speed of the car and improve the torque through the transmission of the gear,which plays an important role in the smooth running of the car,and also directly affects the NVH characteristics of the car.Now the reducer of a certain model was studied,and the modal characteristics of the reducer shell were analyzed.Firstly,the reducer shell model was created with UG 3D modeling software.Secondly,the finite element analysis software HyperMesh was used to divide the housing model of the reducer,assign material properties and free modal analysis,and the modal information of the model was obtained.Then,LMS equipment was used to carry out free modal tests on the reducer housing,and LMS Test.lab software was used to conduct post-processing analysis on the test data,and the free modal test results of the model were obtained.Finally,the modal information obtained by simulation was compared with the test results obtained by experiment.The results show that the natural frequencies and modes obtained by HyperMesh simulation are highly similar to those obtained by experiments,and the relative errors of natural frequencies are all within±5.00%.Additionally,it is found that the natural frequency of the reducer shell is far from the characteristic frequency of the transmission system to ensure that no resonance phenomenon occurs,which provides data support for the subsequent research and optimization of the reducer.
