基于激光点云的钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋数字化测量方法
A digital measurement method for main arch ribs of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges based on laser point cloud

Abstract
To address the issues of low efficiency and insufficient accuracy in traditional manual measurements of large steel components,this paper utilized three-dimensional laser scanning technology to measure the main arch ribs of a concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge.Combining this with computer aided design(CAD)models,a digital measurement technique based on geometric parameters was proposed for the main arch ribs of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges,which included precise registration of the preprocessed laser point cloud of the main arch ribs with the design point cloud and point cloud slicing operations based on the Alpha shapes algorithm.Finally,the random sample consensus(RANSAC)cylinder fitting method was employed to analyze the distance deviation and compare the geometric parameters of the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge components to assess their quality.The results show that compared with traditional LMedS algorithm fitting,the proposed method improves accuracy by 1.53 mm.Moreover,under good global matching conditions,the deviation between the proposed method and tape measure measurement is less than 0.10 mm.This indicates that three-dimensional laser scanning can improve measurement efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring measurement accuracy requirements.关键词
