BIM外包模式中信息沟通效率的对比分析
A comparative analysis of information exchange efficiency in BIM outsourcing models:a simulation based on social network analysis and the SIR model

Abstract
Building information modeling(BIM)outsourcing has become an effective BIM application strategy.However,the outcomes of BIM outsourcing have not met expectations,with the misalignment between the outsourcing model and project characteristics being a key factor contributing to this issue.Different types of BIM outsourcing models exhibit significant differences in their information exchange pathways and risk transmission mechanisms across organizational boundaries.To clarify the differences in information exchange efficiency under different BIM outsourcing modes,this study focused on two main BIM outsourcing models:consultant-led and owner-led models.Based on case studies,it constructed information exchange networks under each model and compared the efficiency of information flow from both static and dynamic perspectives.From a static perspective,social network analysis was applied to compare network structures and to identify the information exchange paths in different BIM outsourcing models.From a dynamic perspective,the susceptible-infected-recovered(SIR)model was employed to analyze the propagation and diffusion of errors,exploring the risk transmission mechanisms inherent to each model.The simulation results indicate that in the BIM outsourcing model dominated by consulting firms,decision-making efficiency is relatively high,but collaborative efficiency and information exchange efficiency remain low.In contrast,under the owner-led BIM outsourcing model,collaborative efficiency and information exchange efficiency demonstrate significant improvements.The results provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for construction enterprises in selecting appropriate BIM outsourcing models in construction projects.关键词
