Physiological Metabolic Mechanisms of Quality Enhancement of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Saline-alkali Land

Abstract
Salt-alkali stress poses a dual threat to the growth and quality of traditional Chinese medicinal plants.It can inhibit the growth of medicinal plants.Activate secondary metabolic pathways,and significantly increasing the content of bioactive compounds.This paper provides a systematic review of the mechanisms underlying the morphological adaptation,physiological responses,and molecular regulation of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in saline-alkali soils.Based on the physiological and ecological effects of salt-alkali stress,the mechanism of the impact on the physiological characteristics of authentic traditional Chinese medicinal herbs was elucidated,in-cluding antioxidant enzyme systems,ion homeostasis,and osmotic regulation.The adaptive restructuring of sec-ondary metabolite synthesis pathways and their regulatory role in the accumulation of bioactive components was analysed,focusing on metabolic regulatory network restructuring involving changes in the expression of key en-zyme genes,the regulation of signal transduction networks and metabolites that participate in regulation as sig-nalling molecules.The objective is to explore ecological cultivation models for traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in saline-alkali land,thereby providing theoretical support for the development of the high-quality medicinal herbs and the sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.关键词
