趋化因子受体5基因多态性与2型糖尿病肾病易感性关系的meta分析
Meta analysis of association between chemotactic cytokine receptor 5 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between the Chemotactic cytokine receptor 5(CCR5)gene polymor-phism and susceptibility to type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods PubMed,Embase,CNKI,and Chongqing VIP databases for case-control studies on the relationship between the CCR5 59029G/A polymorphism and type 2 DN,with the search period spanning from database inception to May 31,2024.Studies were selected based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.Quantitative analysis was performed using Stata 15.1 software.Results A total of 9 case-control studies were included,comprising:1 781 cases in the DN group,1 927 cases in the diabetes mellitus(DM)group,and 955 cases in the healthy control group.Meta-analysis revealed that the CCR5 59029G/A polymorphism was significantly associated with type 2 DN in the DN group vs.DM group comparison.Subgroup analysis by ethnicity indicated that this association was only significant in Asian populations.However,no significant association was found between the CCR5 59029G/A polymorphism and type 2 DM in the DM group vs.healthy control group comparison.Conclusion The CCR5 59029G/A polymorphism is not associated with type 2 DM,but it is significantly correlated with susceptibility to type 2 DN in Asian populations.关键词
