安宫牛黄丸联合高流量湿化氧疗治疗肺性脑病的临床效果
Clinical effect of Angong Niuhuang Pills combined with high-flow humid-ification oxygen therapy in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Angong Niuhuang Pills combined with high-flow humidification oxygen therapy in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods A total of 68 patients with pulmonary encephalopa-thy admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from October 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34).The control group was treated with high-flow humidification oxygen therapy,and the observation group was treated with Angong Niuhuang Pills on the basis of the method of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,arterial blood gas indexes(pH value,partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood[PaCO2],partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood[PaO2]),serum inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein[CRP],interleukin-6[IL-6])before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of mental abnormality,limb convulsion,shortness of breath and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental abnormal-ity,limb convulsion,shortness of breath and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pH value and PaO2 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the PaCO2 levels were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pH value and PaO2 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06％,which was higher than 79.41％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Angong Ni-uhuang Pills combined with high-flow humidification oxygen therapy has significant therapeutic effect on patients with pulmonary encephalopathy,which can improve clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas indexes,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,with high safety,and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
