火针结合亲水性纤维含银敷料在慢性伤口治疗中的临床对比研究
Clinical comparative study on fire needle combined with hydrophilic fiber silver-containing dressing in the treatment of chronic wound
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fire needle combined with hydrophilic fiber silver-containing dress-ing in the treatment of chronic wounds.Methods From June 2016 to April 2022,52 patients who were hospitalized in Shan-tou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and diagnosed with stage Ⅲ wounds of pressure ulcer,foot ulcer and venous ul-cer were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A(26 cases)and group B(26 cases)by random number table method.The patients in group B were treated with hydrophilic fiber silver-containing dressing for external application,and the patients in group A were treated with fire needling on the basis of the treatment in group B.The effective rate of wound healing,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,wound condition grading quantitative score,wound temperature,average healing time,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of wound healing between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of group A was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the wound temperature of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average wound healing time in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Fire needling combined with hydrophilic fiber silver-containing dressing can improve the pain of patients,promote the quality of wound recovery,and shorten the wound healing time,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
