摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Argatroban combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of atrial fibrillation complicated with cerebral embolism.Methods A total of 118 patients with atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral embolism admitted to Tianjin Occupational Diseases Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital from April 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(59 cases)and combination group(59 cases).The control group was treated with Urinary Kallidinogenase,and the combination group was treated with Argatroban+Urinary Kallidinogenase.The changes of neurological function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences in therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and modified Rankin scale(mRS)scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,and the modified Barthel index(MBI)score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Argatroban combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of atrial fibrillation complicated with cerebral embolism can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological deficit after cerebral embolism,which is more effective than urinary kallidinogenase alone,and can positively improve the prognosis of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
