规范的骨质疏松症管理模式在原发性骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果
Application effect of standardized osteoporosis management model in patients with primary osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of a standardized osteoporosis(OP)management model in patients with primary OP.Methods A total of 94 patients with primary OP admitted to People's Hospital of DeHong from June to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the intervention group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by the random number table method.The intervention group adopted a standardized OP management model,while the control group followed the conventional treatment plan.The 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25OHD),bone turnover markers(BTMs)such as blood alkaline phosphatase(ALP),procollagen type Ⅰ N-prepeptide(PINP),β-collagen degrada-tion product(β-CTX)and bone mineral density(BMD),clinical outcomes,incidence of fragility fractures,treatment costs and satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,25OHD,BMD,the awareness of OP-related health knowledge,clinical quality of life score,and satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,while the ALP,β-CTX,pain score,and incidence of fragility fractures in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,25OHD,BMD,the awareness of OP motor knowledge,calcium intuke knowledge and the clinical quality of life score in the intervention group were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PINP and treatment costs between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of a standardized OP management model for primary OP can significantly improve the bone metabolism indicators and bone mineral density of patients,enhance the clinical outcomes of patients with OP,and increase their awareness and satisfaction of health knowl-edge related to OP.关键词
