耳穴按摩操联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的临床效果
Clinical effect of ear acupoint massage exercise combined with ear holo-graphic tongbian scraping to treat insomnia with yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the ear acupoint massage exercise combined with the holographic tongbian scraping to treat the yin deficiency and fire insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine combined with ear acupoint massage exercises,while the observation group was treated with ear holographic tongbian scraping on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 7 days as one course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the sleep quality,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,treatment safety and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each item of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)between the two groups(P＞0.05),the scores of each item of PSQI in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of insomnia and frequent dreams,dizziness and tinnitus,palpitations and restlessness,hot flashes and night sweats between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),after treatment,the scores of each item in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the safety of treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ear acupoint massage exercises combined with ear holographic tongbian scraping can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia caused by yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,enhance the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction with treatment,and have no impact on the safety of treatment.关键词
