Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of liquid dressing combined with detail nursing in neonates with diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 82 neonates with diaper dermatitis admitted to the Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the order of odd and even days of admission.Both groups used liquid dressing,and the observation group added detailed nursing intervention on this basis.The neonatal skin condition score(NSCS),neonatal infant pain scale(NIPS),occurrence of adverse reactions and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The NSCS and NIPS scores of the children in the observation group after 72 hours of inter-vention were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of family members was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The implementation of liquid dressings combined with detailed nursing intervention in the care of neonates with diaper dermatitis can improve skin condition and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
