摘要
Abstract
Objective To focus on the analysis of the application effect of open nursing model combined with humanistic care in paediatric gastroscopy.Methods A total of 96 children who underwent gastroscopy in the Department of Gastroin-testinal,Tai'an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care to the children,while the study group was given an open nursing model combined with humanistic care.The success rate of intubation,compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Results The intubation success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of an open care model combined with humanistic care in paediatric gastroscopy helps to increase the completion of the examination,improve the compliance of the children,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions during the examination,and the satisfaction of the children and their parents is generally high.关键词
