Abstract
Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional consti-pation(FC)based on data mining,in order to provide ideas for the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in FC.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine compounds for FC were collected from the traditional Chinese medicine patent database,Excel database was established and professional terms were standardized.Data mining methods such as associa-tion rules,systematic clustering and factor analysis were used to analyze the medication rules.Results High-frequency Chi-nese herbs included Angelica sinensis,Licorice,and Cannabis sativa,which mainly belonged to the liver,lung,stomach,and spleen meridians,with sweet and bitter properties and tastes.The core drugs were Angelica sinensis,Astragalus mem-branaceus,Cannabis sativa and Cistanche deserticola.After the intersection of their active components and FC related tar-gets,35 common targets were found.Pathway enrichment analysis showed that these core drugs played a role by regulating biological processes such as inflammatory response,cell proliferation and apoptosis.According to the"traditional Chinese medicine-components-targets"network graph,the targets with degree value≥10 were CASP7,NR3C2,MAPKI4,KCNK2,ESR1 and CACNAIS.The common drugs used in the treatment of FC included the main drug pair obtained based on association rule analysis,and a core combination of drugs and a new prescription were extracted.Conclusion Based on data mining and network pharmacology can effectively screen out the effective active ingredients and pathways of action of Chinese medicine patent compound for FC,the core Chinese medicine may play a laxative role by fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,TNF signaling pathway regulating intestinal flora and reducing cellular inflammation.关键词
