学龄前孤独症谱系障碍儿童的屏幕暴露现状及其与睡眠状况的关系
Screen exposure and its relationship with sleep condition in preschool children with autism spectrum disorder

Abstract
Objective To investigate and explore the current status of screen exposure among preschool children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),and to analyze its correlation with sleep conditions.Methods A total of 84 preschool chil-dren with ASD admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group,and another 80 normal children who underwent health check-ups during the same period were selected as the control group.The current screen exposure scores of the two groups were compared.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of screen exposure in preschool children with ASD.Pearson was used analyze the relationship between screen exposure and sleep condition in preschool children with ASD.Results The score of screen exposure status of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The children's sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ)score of preschool children with ASD was(42.35±4.54)points.Pearson analysis showed that the current screen exposure status of preschool children with ASD was positively correlated with the score of the CSHQ(r=0.957,P＜0.001).There were statistically significant differ-ences in the scores of screen exposure status of parents of preschool children with ASD and whether they were only children(P＜0.05).multiple linear regression analysis showed that parents with high school education or below and non-only chil-dren were independent risk factors for screen exposure in preschool children with ASD(P＜0.05).Conclusion Preschool children with ASD have a relatively high level of screen exposure.The educational level of parents and being an only child are related factors,and there is a positive correlation with sleep conditions.关键词
