Clinical effect of Total Saffron Glycosides Tablets in the treatment of car-diac toxicity caused by anthracycline chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with blood stasis type

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Total Saffron Glycosides Tablets in the treatment of cardiac toxici-ty caused by anthracycline chemotherapy in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with blood stasis type.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma admitted to the Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023.They were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with the CHOP regimen,while the observation group was treated with Total Saffron Glycosides Tablets on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,cardiac function and myocardial injury markers,and electrocardiogram changes of the two groups before chemotherapy and after 4 cycles of chemotherapy were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was recorded.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group after chemotherapy was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the incidence of left ventricular ejection fraction and abnormal electrocardiogram before and after chemotherapy between the two groups(P＞0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of serum cardiac troponin I and brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＞0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients during the treat-ment period.Conclusion Total Saffron Glycosides Tablets can alleviate the heart blood stasis type cardiac toxicity associated with anthracycline chemotherapy drugs in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,with good treatment safety.关键词
