胃苏颗粒联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊对反流性食管炎患者炎症指标及胃肠功能的影响
Effect of Weisu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium En-teric-coated Capsules on inflammatory indexes and gastrointestinal func-tion in patients with reflux esophagitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Weisu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Capsules on patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods A total of 88 patients with RE admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Capsules,while the observation group was treated with Weisu Granules in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,endoscopic scores,inflammatory indicators,gastrointestinal function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treat-ment,the clinical total efficacy of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of endoscopic score,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observa-tion group were all lower than those in the control group,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and plasma motilin(MOT)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total adverse reactions incidence between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Weisu Granules and Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Capsules in the treat-ment of RE patients can reduce inflammation,improve gastrointestinal function,promote the recovery of esophageal mucosa,and has good drug safety.关键词
