集束化干预措施预防急性脑梗死患者卒中相关性肺炎的效果
Effect of bundled intervention measures on preventing stroke associated pneumonia in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of bundled intervention measures in preventing stroke associated pneumonia in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)using random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received bundled intervention measures on this basis.Both groups continued to intervene until the patient was discharged.The total incidence of complications,World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100),length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The WHOQOL-100 scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization costs were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bundle intervention measures can to some extent reduce the incidence of stroke related complications such as pneumonia and aspiration in patients with acute cerebral infarction,shorten their length of hospitalization,decrease hospitalization costs,and help improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work and quality of life.关键词
