微型可移动式负压引流装置在慢性伤口的应用
Application of miniature removable negative pressure drainage device in chronic wounds
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of applying miniature removable negative pressure drainage device in chronic wound treatment.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,80 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Chest Hospital were prospectively selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group performed negative pressure closed drainage with ordinary electric suction device,and the experimental group performed negative pressure closed drainage with miniature mobile negative pressure drainage device.The therapeutic effect and comfort of patients were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The nursing time,wound healing time,hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,treatment cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Kolcaba comfort score and Spitzer quality of life omdex(SQLI)after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The miniature removable negative pressure drainage device has obvious advantages,reduces the overall medical cost,reduces the workload of healthcare personnel,provides guidance for caring for patients with chronic wounds,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
