Advances in endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
As the second most fatal disease in the world,stroke not only threatens the life and health of patients,but also puts enormous economic and medical pressure on patients' families and even the whole society.The key to the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is to open the responsible blood vessels early.At present,the effective treatment schemes are intravenous thrombolysis,mechanical embolectomy and their combination,that is,bridging embolectomy.Mechanical embolectomy has the advantages of high vascular patency rate and low risk of intracranial hemorrhage,and has been widely used in clinic.In recent years,it is a hot topic to evaluate whether embolectomy will benefit patients,whether the corresponding management during and after operation will affect the prognosis of patients,whether various types of embolectomy stents will affect the safety and prognosis of patients,and whether to receive intravenous thrombolysis before operation.Therefore,this article reviews the relevant research progress of endovascular treatment techniques for acute ischemic stroke at home and abroad,and discusses and prospects it.关键词
