胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗期间自我管理现状及影响因素分析
Analysis influencing factors of self-management level during chemothera-py in patients with gastrointestinal tumors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the self-management level and influencing factors of patients with gastrointestinal tu-mors during chemotherapy,and to provide guidance for subsequent self-management.Methods A total of 228 patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing chemotherapy admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery ward and outpatient of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from April to November 2023 were selected as the research sub-jects by purulent sampling and random sampling.The general information questionnaire and the self-management measurement tool for patients with gastrointestinal tumors during chemotherapy were used for the investigation.Single-factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of self-management level during this period.Results The score of self-management level of patients with gastrointestinal tumors during chemotherapy was(54.05±8.54)points.There were statistically significant differences in the self-management scores of gastrointestinal tumor patients of different ages,educational levels,forms of medical expense payment,per capita monthly income of the family,and situations of receiving relevant health education(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age≥70 years old(β=-0.437,B=-4.029,95％CI:-5.035 to-3.023),college degree or above(β=0.172,B=1.564,95％CI:0.469-2.659)and per capita monthly income of the family≥5 000 yuan(β=0.250,B=3.900,95％CI:1.977-5.824)were independent influencing factors for self-management of patients during chemotherapy(P＜0.05).Conclusion The self-management of patients with gastrointestinal tumors during chemotherapy is at a medium level,which is affected by age,educational levels and per capita monthly income of the family.关键词
