Abstract
Objective The current status and influencing factors of nursing staff's humanistic care competence were anal-ysed through meta-analysis.Methods Literature on the current status of nursing staffs humanistic care competence and the factors affecting it was searched through CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of science,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases.The search timeframe was from the time of database construction to January 25,2025 for literature screening,quality assessment and data extraction,and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 and SPSS AU software.Results A total of 10 papers were included,involving 20,959 nurses.The results of the analysis showed that the nursing staffs humanistic care competence score was 187.51(95％CI:180.66-194.36),and a total of 12 influencing factors were extracted.Job title(MD=-1.86,95％CI:-2.83--0.88),age(MD=6.53,95％CI:0.57-12.48),years of working experience(MD=-2.87.95％CI:-5.66--0.09),and receiving humanistic care train-ing(MD=6.37,95％CI:4.03-8.71)were the influencing factors of nursing staffs humanistic care competence(P＜0.05).The results of descriptive analyses showed that collegiality,nursing work ethic,emotional intelligence,supportive communication skills,job satisfaction,and family support had an impact on the humanistic caring competence of nursing staff.Conclusion The humanistic care competence of nursing staff is generally at a low level.Professional title,age over 40 years old,working years,and receipt of humanistic care training are the main influencing factors.关键词
