Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 54 patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the reference group(27 cases)and the study group(27 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The reference group was treated with Metoprolol and the study group was treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Metoprolol.The total effective rate of medication,total incidence of adverse effects,clinical parameters(nitric oxide[NO],endothelin-1[ET-1],plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide[NT-proBNP],cardiac troponin I[cTn I]),lipid levels(triacylglycerol[TG],total cholesterol[TC],high-density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]),cardiac function levels(left ventricular end systolic diameter[LVESD],left ventricular end diastolic diameter[LVEDD],6-min walking distance[6MWT],and left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF]).Results The total effective rate of medication in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comparison of total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the NO of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and ET-1,NT-proBNP,and cTn I were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,HDL-C of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and TG,TC,and LDL-C were lower than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,LVESD and LVEDD of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and 6MWT and LVEF were higher than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion During the study of treatment options for patients with coronary artery disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia,the use of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Metopro-lol treatment plan results in significant improvement in clinical efficacy,with improvement in patients' clinical indicators,lipid levels,and cardiac function levels,and the safety of the combination of drug regimens is good,with no increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
