中药热奄包联合疼痛控制模式对髋部骨折患者术后康复效果的影响
Effect of heated Chinese herbal compress combined with pain control mode on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hip fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of heated Chinese herbal compress combined with pain control mode on postop-erative rehabilitation of patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 88 patients with hip fracture admitted to Leping Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(44 cases)and study group(44 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received pain control mode after operation,and the study group received heated Chinese herbal compress combined with pain control mode.The degree of postoperative pain,psychological status,rehabilitation index and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The numeric rating scale(NRS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 3 d,1 and 2 weeks after surgery,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the day of discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first time out of bed,swelling regression,callus formation,fracture prognosis and total hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months follow-up,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Heated Chinese herbal compress combined with pain control can relieve postoperative pain,improve psychological condition,shorten recovery time and improve quality of life in patients with hip fracture.关键词
