糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合布地奈德在慢性鼻窦炎患者功能性鼻内镜手术后的应用效果
Application effect of Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray combined with Budesonide in patients with chronic sinusitis after functional endo-scopic sinus surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray combined with Budesonide in patients with chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with chronic sinusitis who underwent FESS in Central Hospital of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the study group(51 cases)according to the envelope method.The control group was treated with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol,while the study group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,the duration of clinical symptom relief,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of the study group after treatment were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time to restore normal sense of smell,the regression of nasal congestion and runny nose,and the disappear-ance of mucosal edema of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-33 and interleukin-17 in the study group after treatment were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray and Budesonide in pa-tients with chronic sinusitis after FESS can effectively improve clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms,regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
