Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of CT-guided iodine-125 particle implantation and transcatheter io-dine-125 particle strip combined with stent implantation in the treatment of primary liver cancer with type ⅡA-ⅢA portal vein cancer thrombus.Methods A total of 62 patients with primary liver cancer with type ⅡA-ⅢA portal vein cancer thrombus admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from September 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(31 cases)and study group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with CT-guided iodine-125 particle implantation,and the study group was treated with transcatheter iodine-125 particle strip combined with stent implantation.The clinical indicators,complications and survival rates were compared between the two groups.Results One month after operation,the levels of alanine aminotrans-ferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9)and total bilirubin(TBil)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of com-plications between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 6 months after operation,the survival rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion CT-guided iodine-125 par-ticle implantation and transcatheter stent implantation have their own advantages in the treatment of primary liver cancer with type ⅡA-ⅢA portal vein cancer thrombus,and the latter has shown significant advantages in optimizing clinical indi-cators and improving survival rate,which is expected to become a better treatment plan for this kind of malignant tumor.关键词
