肺动脉CT血管成像达峰时间的影响因素分析
Analysis of the influencing factors of the time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography,in order to optimize the CT angiography scanning protocol and improve the imaging quality.Methods A total of 120 patients who un-derwent pulmonary artery CT angiography in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and the general data and imaging data of the patients were collected.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography and various factors.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography.Results The results of correlation analysis showed that the peak time of pulmonary artery CT angiography was positively correlated with gender,age,height,weight and waist circumference(r>0,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with cardiac output,iodine contrast agent total amount and iodine contrast agent concentration(r<0,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender(B=0.963,t=2.500,95%CI:0.200-1.727),height(B=0.055,t=2.251,95%CI:0.007-0.103),weight(B=0.044,t=2.484,95%CI:0.009-0.080)and cardiac output(B=-1.622,t=-3.484,95%CI:-2.545--0.700)were independent influencing factors of the time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography(P<0.05).Con-clusion Age,gender,height,weight and cardiac output are the main factors affecting the time to peak of pulmonary artery CT angiography.In clinical application,the scanning protocol can be adjusted based on the above factors to optimize the image quality and reduce the radiation exposure of patients.关键词
