摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Weibao Fang combined with acupoint paste in patients with chronic gastritis(CG)of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 120 patients with CG of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with the Weibao Fang combined with acupoint paste.The clinical treatment effective rate,symptom relief time,gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin[GAS],motilin[MOT]),inflammatory factors(interleukin-8[IL-8],interleukin-6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the relief time of each symptom were shorter than those of the control group,and the GAS,MOT,IL-8,IL-6,and TNF-α were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For CG patients with spleen-stomach qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the treatment of Weibao Fang combined with acupoint paste can improve the overall therapeutic effect,accelerate the relief of discomfort symptoms,regulate the expression of gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce inflammatory responses.关键词
