摘要

Abstract

Additive Friction Stir Deposition(AFSD)is an emerging solid-phase additive manufacturing technology that offers several advantages,including high material utilization,high additive efficiency,and enhanced component performance.It is applicable in the preparation of aerospace aluminum alloy structural parts,demonstrating broad potential for application.This article begins with a brief introduction to the fundamental principles of aluminum alloy AFSD technology,before delving into the relationship between process parameters,microstructure evolution and mechanical properties associated with aluminum alloy AFSD.The results indicate that the shoulder structure,process parameters,and heat treatment processes are critical for achieving high-performance aluminum alloy components.Finally,the article discusses the future prospects of aluminum alloy AFSD technology,emphasizing that research can be continued in terms of forming mechanism,forming process,organizational performance regulation and new material preparation,and provides useful reference for engineering applications of aluminum alloy AFSD technology.
