Abstract

To study the temperature gradient evolution law of large-volume concrete structures under the impact of cold waves,this paper relies on a pile foundation project of a high-rise building in Xinjiang,combines on-site temperature monitoring data,and uses ANSYS software to establish a model to deeply analyze the internal temperature variation characteristics of concrete under cold wave conditions.The results show that under the impact of the cold wave,the maximum temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the pile foundation is 28.8℃,and the maximum temperature difference between the surface layer and the ambient temperature is 28.7℃,both exceeding the 25℃limit specified in the code.The maximum internal cooling rate is 3.0℃/d,which also exceeds the specification requirement of 2.0℃/d,indicating that the existing insulation measures are difficult to effectively suppress the development of cracks.Furthermore,increasing the temperature when entering the formwork and the temperature inside the shed leads to an increase in the internal temperature of the concrete.An increase in the equivalent heat release coefficient of insulation materials will accelerate the cooling rate of concrete,resulting in an increase in the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces and an increased risk of cracking.Therefore,in actual engineering,the temperature entering the mold,the temperature inside the greenhouse and the insulation measures should be dynamically adjusted according to the real-time weather changes to effectively control the temperature gradient and prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks.
