摘要

Abstract

To promote the development of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation discipline of civil engineering in China,this study presented a state-of-the-art review on the research progress and typical structural applications of seismic isolation,energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies for engineering structures in China.The up-to-date development of relevant technical regulations and experimental platform for the seismic isolation,energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies in China were summarized.Focusing on the latest research progress of the development and experiments related to the equipment,device and system of seismic isolation,energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies incorporating smart materials,corresponding typical structural applications of the seismic isolation technology in building structures,large span space structures,rural buildings,bridges,subway superstructure structures,liquid storage structures,cultural relics and seismic retrofitting of structures were presented.In addition,the application of energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies in high rise buildings,transmission towers,and subsea tunnels for disaster mitigation,and those of structural health monitoring technology in seismically isolated structures for long term service performance and seismic performance were also presented.The effectiveness and reliability of the seismic isolation,energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies for seismic resilience enhancement of civil infrastructure system were demonstrated using typical structural applications,and the critical problems,challenges and future trend of the seismic isolation,energy dissipation and hybrid control technologies for civil engineering structures are further discussed.The present study can provide a reference for research and structural applications of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation discipline.
