Research progress of joints in space grid structures
摘要
Abstract
In space grid structures,joints play an important role in connecting members and transmitting loads,which are the key components to ensure structural safety.Meanwhile,the processing and installation costs of joints are also important factors affecting the economic efficiency of structures.In recent years,the continuous development of novel space grid structure systems and various high-performance materials has further promoted the research and innovation of joints in space grid structures.This paper summarized the common joint systems in space grid structures based on different connection methods,materials,and applicable systems.The latest research progress in the past 20 years was comprehensively reviewed,including the mechanical performance at room and high temperatures,design methods and strengthening measures,stiffness characteristics and simplified calculation model,and the influence of the mechanical behavior of joints on the load-bearing performance of the whole structure,etc.Some simple,practical,and effective novel joints and their mechanical performance were emphatically described.Meanwhile,combining recent research hotspots,the research progress on intelligent optimization design methods,advanced manufacturing and processing technologies,and intelligent damage identification methods of joints in space grid structures was summarized.Finally,a summary and prospect on the shortcomings of existing research and future research directions are provided.关键词
