摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare lens thickness(LT)using A scan ultrasonography,anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)and IOLMaster 700.Methods Prospective case-control study.A total of 34 cases(60 eyes)of patients in ophthalmology clinic from January 2024 to March 2024 were collected.The lens thickness was mea-sured by A scan ultrasonography,anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)and IOLMaster 700 respec-tively.The differences and correlation in lens thickness measured with different devices were evaluated with analysis of One-way analysis variance and Pearson correlation coefficients.Limits of agreement between three instruments were ana-lyzed with Bland-Altman analysis.Results The mean LT measured with A scan ultrasonography,AS-OCT and IOLMaster 700 were(3.52±0.42)mm,(3.6±0.38)mm and(3.54±0.38)mm,respectively.One-way analysis of variance showed no sig-nificant differences among measurements of LT by the three devices(F=0.547,P=0.58).There was a positive correlation between LT measured by each instrument(P<0.05).Consistency analysis showed that there were good consistency among them.Conclusions LT measured by A scan ultrasonography,AS-OCT and IOLMaster 700 have high correlation and agreement.The three methods are complement of each other.All can be used in measurement of LT.关键词
