聚酰亚胺芳纶织物的抗电弧爆炸性能研究
Study on arc explosion resistance of polyimide aramid fabric
摘要
Abstract
The arc protection property of polyimide fabric and aramid 1313 fabric were studied.Based on the arc blast pressure aspects,attenuation and fracture performance of polyimide fabrics and aramid 1313 fabrics against the overpressure generated by arc explosion were tested and analyzed,so as to comprehensively evaluate their arc protection performance.Shear thickening fluids(STF)were used to modify polyimide fabrics and aramid 1313 fabrics to further analyze the enhancement space and protection mechanism of STF on the arc explosion performance of the two fabrics.The results showed that the attenuation and fracture performance of polyimide fabrics to arc blast overpressure were better than aramid fabrics.STF could improve the attenuation performance and fracture resistance of polyimide fabrics and aramid 1313 fabrics to arc blast overpressure.It is considered that polyimide fabrics have better arc protection performance.关键词
