摘要

Abstract

In the jute textile industry,yarns were mostly knotted manually on the winding machine,which led to the higher labor intensity,lower labor efficiency and unstable knot quality.Aiming at this problem and considering the property of the jute yarn,an automatic apparatus for knotting the jute yarns with the weaving knot was desgined.The general structure and the main mechanisms including the clamping mechanism,cutting mechanism,pressing mechanism,yarn taking-off mechanism,hook mechanism,as well as drive mechanism were studied.According to the knotting process,the working sequence of the knotter was determined.The cam mechanism of the cutting mechanism was mathematically designed.The helical gear mechanism with staggered shafts and the incomplete spur gear mechanism were designed,which were the main parts of the drive mechanism.The model of the motor was selected.According to the design,a length of 12.5 mm for the oscillating follower of the cam mechanism of the cutting mechanism,an oscillating angle of 26°for the oscillating follower,a lift of 5.62 mm and a radius of 1 mm for the roller were obtained.In the helical gear mechanism with staggered shafts,the transmission ratio was 1.In the incomplete gear mechanism,the transmission ratio was 22/37 and the intermittent movement took place once in one cycle.The motor model of FAULHABER 0165N003S was selected.
