Research and development of 2.5D irregular fabric weaving machine
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the weaving needs of 2.5D irregular structure preform,2.5D irregular fabric weaving machine based on circular weaving method was developed.Weaving principle of the 2.5D irregular fabric weaving machine was introduced.The weaving machine mainly consists of opening control part and core mold hanging support part.The structural design and scheme selection of the two parts were introduced in details,including the hanging hook,fixed aluminum row,mobile/fixed frame,power source,angle adjustment mechanism,control console,chassis and frame,core mold lifting mechanism,core mold support mechanism,angle adjustment mechanism,et al.The weaving process was summarized,the weaving effectiveness was illustrated through examples.It is considered that the developed 2.5D irregular fabric weaving machine can be used to weave cylindrical,conical and multi-directional irregular fabrics with normal phase structures,which can provide equipment support for the development of high value-added and high-tech fiber reinforced 2.5D products in China's aerospace industry.关键词
