基于有限元的锡林单双齿针布梳理分析
Carding analysis of cylinder single-tooth and double-teeth card clothing based on finite element
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the influence of single-tooth and double-teeth structures on fiber carding,the interaction mechanism between the two types of card clothing and fiber bundles during the carding process was simulated and analyzed by finite element software.The results showed that the carded fibers slided along the front teeth surface due to the carding,the straight line section on the front teeth surface played the main carding role in the process of carding fibers by single-tooth carding clothing.During the carding process of double-teeth card clothing,more carded fibers were supported and held between the back surface of the lower tooth and the front surfaces of the higher tooth,which prevented the fibers slipping in carding and improved the carding efficiency.It is considered that the visual simulation results can provide a reference for the tooth design and its hardness selection of the cylinder card clothing.关键词
