摘要
Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence technology has given rise to new forms of human-machine dialogue, with human-machine relationships evolving from functional interaction to the dimension of intimacy.Using in-depth interviews and text analysis methods, this study finds that users often experience five types of emotions:self-projection and empathy, curiosity and exploration, emotional substitution, resistance and fear, and adjustment after withdrawal. These emotions permeate the entire process of establishing, maintaining, and withdrawing from human-machine relationships, and intersect at different stages. In the relationship establishment stage, the customizability of Al,its real-time feedback mechanism, and the richness of interaction meet diverse emotional needs. In the maintenance stage,long-term companionship provided through emotional computing endows users with a sense of control. In the withdrawal stage,a circuitous process of"emotional withdrawal-functional substitution-habit reshaping-psychological adjustment"is observed. This study systematically reveals the interaction mechanism and psychological motivations of human-machine intimate relationships, not only providing a new theoretical perspective for understanding the integration of technology and emotion in the digital age,but also offering important insights for research on social and cultural changes and self-identity cognition.关键词
