导师自主权与研究生合约培养制的思考
Reflection on Supervisor Autonomy and Contract Training System of Graduate Students

Abstract
Fully implementing graduate advisors' responsibilities of fostering virtue and imparting knowledge is one of the core tasks of graduate education in universities.Existing research and practical explorations indicate that granting advisors greater autonomy is a key measure to improve the quality of graduate training and is also a common international practice.While emphasizing advisors' responsibilities in fostering students' moral and academic development,it is crucial to mobilize the enthusiasm of teaching,research,and administrative sectors,forming a collaborative working system among advisors,graduate students,and universities.Balancing each party's key concerns,demands,and rights is essential for creating a clear,harmonious,and well-ordered graduate training environment.Graduate education integrates research and teaching,requiring insights from historical experiences of domestic and international graduate training.It is necessary to clarify the multiple contractual attributes of graduate education,including professional,work,and task contracts,and to define the respective roles within these frameworks.On this basis,a contractual graduate training mechanism should be established,fostering a mutually respectful advisor-student relationship.By adhering to the principles of informed consent,decentralized management,student autonomy,and separation of academic and administrative authority,the autonomy of advisors can be effectively upheld.A respectful,trustworthy,efficient,and harmonious graduate training environment can be cultivated by fulfilling responsibilities and obligations by teaching management departments,advisors,and graduate students.关键词
