基于磁记忆检测的外施磁场对储罐缺陷磁信号影响的研究
Study on the influence of external magnetic field on magnetic signals of storage tank defects based on magnetic memory detection

Abstract
To address the issue of low accuracy in defect detection for petrochemical storage tanks,a method combining magnetic memory detection technology with simulation analysis and laboratory experiments was used to study the influence of the external magnetic field generated by a magnetic-wheeled wall-climbing robot on the magnetic signals of tank defects.By comparing the effects of different magnetic wheel arrangements on the defect magnetic field data,it was found that Arrangement 1 produced the highest peak-to-peak values of magnetic induction and its y-direction component,resulting in the best detection performance.Both simulation and experimental results demonstrated that the external magnetic field enhanced the acquisition of tank wall defect information by 1 to 5 orders of magnitude compared to cases without an external magnetic field,significantly improving defect detection accuracy.Adjusting the magnetic wheel arrangement and utilizing the external magnetic field can effectively facilitate defect detection in storage tanks,improving detection efficiency and accuracy.This research is of great significance for enhancing the quality and safety of storage tanks.关键词
