Analysis and Lessons of the April 28,2025 Blackout in the Iberian Peninsula Power System
摘要
Abstract
A significant blackout occurred on April 28,2025,across Spain and Portugal,resulting in widespread power outages and affecting over 50 million people.This paper first introduces the fundamental situation of the Iberian Peninsula's power grid.Then,the development and recovery process of the blackout is analyzed in detail,and the underlying causes are summarized.Finally,within the practical context of China's power grid,the paper offers recommendations to ensure the secure and stable operation of the grid,aiming to prevent the occurrence of large-scale blackout events.关键词
