Research on Synchrophasor Measurement Algorithm Under Wideband Oscillations

Abstract
When wide-band oscillation occurs,the existing phasor measurement algorithm cannot work properly due to the serious interference from the oscillating signal near the fundamental wave.Therefore,this paper studies and designs an engineering practical phasor measurement algorithm adapted to the strong wide-band oscillation interference.Under the framework of weighted least-square dynamic phasor estimation,an optimized distribution of oscillating frequency components is introduced into the signal model to realize the band trap adjacent to fundamental frequency.Based on the optimal filtering principle of phasor measurement,the stopband characteristics of the measurement filter are optimized by choosing the best parameters.The optimal designed filter is combined with the strategy of adaptively selecting fundamental reference frequency,and the total vector error(TVE)caused by the oscillation interference with a distortion rate of 10%is less than 1%within 6 cycles without obtaining the specific parameters of the oscillation signal.The results of simulation and field data show that the accuracy of the measurement algorithm can meet the PMU measurement standard in the static and complex dynamic environment of the power grid,and meet the needs of practical engineering applications.关键词
