摘要

Abstract

The construction of new power system has pointed out the direction for the development of energy and electricity.The superposition of multiple uncertainties puts higher requirements for the flexible interactive adjustment capabilities among sources,storage and loads.Based on the basic characteristics of the new power system,this paper first analyzes the main challenges that source-storage-load coordinated planning faces from two aspects:endogenous-exogenous uncertainties,and multidimensional flexibility.Then,a research framework for source-storage-load coordinated planning is constructed.The research outcomes are reviewed from two aspects:planning methods that adapt to strong uncertainty,and source-storage-load coordinated planning for supply-demand flexibility matching under uncertain impacts.The shortcomings of current research on source-storage-load coordinated planning are analyzed.Finally,the key research directions and solutions for future source-storage-load coordinated planning are prospected to provide a reference for the research on new power systems planning.
