不同固定方式在胫骨平台骨折合并半月板损伤中的疗效分析
Effect Analysis of Different Fixation Methods in Tibial Plateau Fracture Complicated with Meniscus Injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of different fixation methods in tibial plateau fracture complicated with meniscus injury.Methods From January 2021 to January 2024,200 patients with tibial plateau fracture complicated with meniscus injury who were treated at Shandong Wendeng Osteopathic Hospital were prospectively selected and randomly divided into Group A(traditional open reduction and internal fixation)and Group B(arthroscopic percutaneous internal fixation),with 100 cases in each group.The short-term outcomes[perioperative indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,fracture healing time,hospital stay),adverse reactions,knee joint function and reduction status at 3 months postoperatively]and long-term outcomes(knee joint function and reduction status at 1 year postoperatively)were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,incision length,and hospital stay in Group B were lower than those in Group A,while the operation time was longer than that in Group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in Group B was lower than that in Group A(P<0.05).At both 3 months and 1 year postoperatively,the excellent-good rates of knee joint function and reduction status in Group B were higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tibial plateau fracture complicated with meniscus injury,arthroscopic percutaneous internal fixation is more effective than traditional open reduction and internal fixation,significantly improving both short-term and long-term therapeutic outcomes.关键词
