针刺联合热敏灸治疗乳腺增生症患者的临床研究
Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion in Treatment of MGH

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating mammary glands hyperplasia(MGH)and compare it with that of acupuncture alone.Methods:A total of 111 MGH patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group(n=55)and the acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group(n=56).The treatment duration was one month.Breast pain,size,texture,and distribution of breast masses were assessed in both groups,and recurrence rates were recorded for analysis.Results:The total effective rate was 96.43％(54/56)in the acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group,which was significantly higher than 83.64％(46/55)in the acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in breast pain scores,breast tenderness scores,size,texture,and distribution of breast masses;however,the improvements in the acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group were more significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treatment of MGH.It can effectively improve symptoms such as breast pain,size,texture,and distribution of breast masses,showing superiority over acupuncture alone.This combined therapy is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
