"调神畅志三六九"针法治疗帕金森病的临床研究
Clinical Study on Tiaoshen Changzhi 369 Acupuncture Method in Treatment of PD
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Tiaoshen Changzhi 369 acupuncture in treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:60 PD patients were randomly divided into the routine group and the treatment group.The routine group was treated with routine acupuncture until the arrival of Qi,and the treatment group was treated with Tiaoshen Changzhi 369 acupuncture.Comparisons were made between the two groups regarding clinical efficacy,scores of hand bradykinesia in TCM elderly tremor syndrome,total UPDRS-Ⅱ,and UPDRS-Ⅲ at baseline,6 weeks,and 12 weeks post-treatment,as well as changes in serum Aβ1-42 and homocysteine(Hcy)levels.Results:There were statistical differences in the clinical efficacy and changes in hand bradykinesia scores,UPDRS-Ⅱ scores,UPDRS-Ⅲ scores,and serum levels of Aβ1-42 and homocysteine(Hcy)between the two groups at baseline,6 weeks,and 12 weeks after treatment(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);the treatment group showed significantly greater improvements than the routine group at 12 weeks(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoshen Changzhi 369 acupuncture provides superior therapeutic effects in treatment of PD compared to routine acupuncture.It shows promising clinical efficacy and research value.关键词
