肌筋膜触发点针刺联合关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Study of Myofascial Trigger Point Acupuncture Combined with Articular Cavity Injection in Treatment of KOA
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with articular cavity injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:80 KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with compound Betamethasone articular cavity injection,and the treatment group was treated with myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with compound Betamethasone articular cavity injection.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The values of VAS score,TNF-α,IL-1β,WOMAC score,and AKS score were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.The side effects were recorded in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00％(38/40),which was significantly higher than 77.50％(31/40)of the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score,WOMAC score and inflammatory factor levels were decreased after the treatment in both groups,and the decreases were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the AKS score was increased after the treatment in the two groups,and the increase was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of side effects was 10.00％in the control group and 7.50％in the treatment group,respectively;there was no statistical difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with Betamethasone articular cavity injection is effective in treating KOA,which can improve knee dysfunction,relieve pain and reduce inflammation,thereby improving patients' quality of life.关键词
