皮部浅刺联合捏脊疗法治疗小儿消化不良的效果及安全性分析
Effect and Safety Analysis of Cutaneous Needling Combined with Pinching Along the Spine in Treatment of Pediatric Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and safety of cutaneous needling combined with pinching along the spine in treatment of pediatric functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:A total of 96 FD children were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole;on which basis,the combination group was also treated with cutaneous needling and pinching along the spine.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.TCM symptoms scores,symptom relief time,gastric receptivity,electrogastrogram parameters and serum levels of GAS and HT were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Therapeutic safety of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 93.75％(45/48)in the combination group,which was higher than 79.14％(38/48)in the control group(P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the symptom relief time was shorter in the combination group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms and serum level of 5-HT was decreased after the treatment compared to that before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the combination group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The gastric receptivity and serun GAS were higher in the combination group than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and all gastric electrogastrogram parameters were lower in the combination group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cutaneous needling combined with pinching along the spine and western medication can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,promote improvement of disease condition,and increase gastric receptivity in treatment of pediatric FD with good safety.The mechanism may be related to the regulations of gastrointestinal hormones.关键词
