三通平衡法针刺联合动伸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study of Three-Pathway Balancing Acupuncture Combined with Dynamic Stretching Tuina in Treatment of CSR

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of three-pathway balancing acupuncture combined with dynamic stretching Tuina in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:92 CSR patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dynamic stretching Tuina;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with three-pathway balancing acupuncture.The scores of TCM symptoms(neck pain,neck tenderness,limb numbness,dizziness,muscle tension,limited activity),pain scores(PPI,PRI,VAS),cervical function scores(CASCS,NDI),cervical ranges of motions(posterior extension angle,right rotation angle,left rotation angle,anterior flexion angle),as well as clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM symptoms scores(neck pain,neck tenderness,limb numbness,dizziness,muscle tension and limited activity)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The PPI score,PRI score and VAS score were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The CASCS scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05),whereas the NDI score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The cervical ranges of motions were increased in the observation group compared to those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 95.65％(44/46)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.43％(37/46)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Three-pathway balancing acupuncture combined with dynamic stretching Tuina can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce pain,improve cervical function,increase cervical ranges of motions and enhance clinical efficacy in treatment of CSR.关键词
