Effect of Hand Fourteen-Needle Combined with E-LINK Training on Early Hand Function Recovery in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of hand fourteen-needle combined with computer-assisted training and evaluation system(E-LINK)training on early hand function recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were included in the prospective study and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).All participants received a basic rehabilitation treatment.The control group implemented the E-LINK training strategy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with hand fourteen-needle acupuncture.The TCM symptom scores,hand function indexes,motor function and self-care ability,therapeutic effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM symptom scores were decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The values of active range of motion of fingers,maximum extension angle,maximum flexion angle,forearm rotation mobility,wrist dorsal extension mobility,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMAS)score,and Barthel Index(BI)score were increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hand fourteen-needle acupuncture combined with E-LINK training has good therapeutic efficacy in early hand function recovery of post-stroke hemiplegic patients,which not only improves hand function indexes,but also improves patients' motor function and self-care ability and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
