Research on Identifying Core and Peripheral Themes in Vocational College Scientific Research:A Social Network Analysis Based on Large Language Models
摘要
Abstract
The sustainable development of vocational education relies on the support and innovation of academic research.To further explore the progress of vocational institutions in constructing an academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics,this study employs Large Language Models(LLMs)for text analysis and processing to conduct topic mining and social network analysis on abstracts of academic literature in the vocational education field.Findings indicate that core research themes—such as industry-education integration,school-enterprise collaboration,and talent cultivation—form the backbone of vocational education studies.The field has developed a knowledge aggregation system dominated by policy-oriented themes.However,challenges persist in strategic extension,institutional innovation,and specialized subfield research at the periphery.To address these gaps,the following measures are proposed:establish a dynamic theme optimization mechanism to promote balanced research ecosystems;innovate multi-stakeholder coordination models to bridge the academic-practice gap;and deepen regional coordinated development strategies to ensure equitable allocation of research resources.关键词
